The goal of the company is customer satisfaction and improvement in business efficiency.  Every member of our staff is involved and responsible for achieving this goal.  Performance is constantly monitored in order to continuously improve the service we provide.

 

Consultancy, management and design procedures are established through a Quality Plan for each project.  This ensures that each contract is executed in a controlled manner and that the quality requirements detailed in the contract brief, specification and drawings are achieved.

 

Through effective management, the company’s goal of achieving customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and business efficiency is achieved.  This is measured through our KPI procedure.
